Fair questions.

Can other companies see my clients or pricing?

No. Companies only ever see what you deliberately list to the network, at the trade price you set. Clients, quotes and retail pricing are never visible to anyone else — enforced at database level, not by policy.

What counts as a power user?

Anyone who plans events, builds quotes or creates invoices. Warehouse staff, technicians, drivers and freelance crew are free on every plan, with no limit.

What happens to scanning during load-shedding or at venues with no signal?

Scanning works fully offline — check-outs and returns queue on the device and sync automatically the moment you’re back online.

Are invoices VAT-compliant, and how do clients pay?

Invoices are SARS-compliant tax invoices at 15% VAT. Clients pay deposits and balances via PayFast — card, instant EFT or SnapScan — straight from the quote or invoice link.

When does my region launch?

Western Cape first, then Gauteng and KZN. The platform itself works anywhere in SA from day one — regional rollout refers to seeding the CrossHire network near you.

Can I migrate from Rentman, Current RMS or Excel?

Yes — inventory, clients and item pricing import via spreadsheet, and we assist founding companies with migration directly.
